Through the dedication and compassion of our employees, Suburban Hospital continues to deliver world-class care to the community. Today, we all have an opportunity to assist employees who are experience unanticipated financial emergencies. The Employee Assistance Fund (EAF) is designed to aid employees who demonstrate a need to get through a temporary financial challenge. You may make a one-time gift with a credit card below, mail a check to the Suburban Hospital Foundation office, or download and complete the fill-able pdf form linked below to make a gift through employee payroll deduction.
